For several years I've stayed slim from eating right, for the most part (though there were still things I was misinformed about), but 10 extra pounds crept on around the holidays and they weren't coming off... until I read this ebook. Update: I lost 4 more pounds!! My weight stayed the same for 3 weeks after I lost the first 4, then suddenly, those other 4 melted off quickly, almost overnight. All my clothes fit me well again, not tightly.
PS: I have been able to stay lean for several years, without exercise. This is because I understand the principals of eating healthy. You truly are what you eat, as they say. You can lose the weight if you know the right foods to eat and the ones to avoid. And once you learn, the knowledge will stay with you forever so you can keep the weight off for good. Imagine how much better you can do than me... (if you do not have limitations due to pain, like me) you can add exercise too to get that nice definition.
