First-Time Clients

Because of frequent cancellations and no-shows, mostly by new clients, I now require a $45 deposit via Paypal for ALL first-time clients. If you cancel outside of 24 hours, the full amount will be applied to your next session. If you cancel inside 24 hours, the deposit will not be refunded. I do this so my time will be valued at least as much as one values their own $45. Thank you for your understanding. The $45 deposit is for 60 or 90 minute massage session, bath and massage session, or couples session. See below for other sessions.

All Clients

Deposit for the Evening of Pampering or Overnight Sensation is $80. If you cancel outside of 24 hours you will have an $80 credit for your next session. If inside 24 hours, you will have a credit of $30 for your next session. If you don't call to cancel at all then no credit will be offered.

Deposit for Couple's Getaway is $150, if you cancel outside of 48 hours you will either be refunded $75 or a credit of $100 will be applied to your next session. If you cancel inside of 48 hours your deposit cannot be refunded, however a credit of $30 is available for your next session, if you wish. If you don't call to cancel at all then no credit or refund will be offered.

Repeat Clients

If I have seen you before and you have a good record of being responsible, you will not be required to send a deposit for the massage session or bath and massage session. However you may be required to send a deposit for the other sessions.

Your appointment cannot be set until your deposit is received. The only exceptions are above.
